POSITION SUMMARY 

This is an exciting time for Community Catalyst with a new strategic plan and a new multi-year plan to grow the organization’s donor community in support of health justice goals. As part of a growing development team, the Development Coordinator will support a strategy to grow the individual giving program and the smooth operation of key administrative functions in the department. This includes acknowledging individual gifts, implementing donor stewardship and communication projects, providing logistical support for events and donor meetings, and serving as a backup for development operations. The Development Coordinator must handle sensitive and confidential board and donor information with discretion and help ensure the quality and integrity of donor data and donor communications.

Supervision:

The Development Coordinator reports to the Deputy Director of Development.
