Rhonda C Bailey

Deputy Director, Vaccine Equity & Access Project

Rhonda C Bailey serves as the Deputy Director of the VEAP Program, which focuses on supporting community based organizations on the ground with outreach to communities of color as it relates to education around the FLU and COVID vaccines. Prior to joining Community Catalyst, Rhonda headed up the first ever organizing department at Rock the Vote and has almost 10 years’ of experience in community organizing through in political campaigns and issue based organizations. She holds a master’s degree in Political Economics from Virginia State University and bachelor's degree in Communications from Mississippi State University.
