Dear Partners,

Tonight the House will vote on the American Rescue Plan – Congress' COVID-19 relief bill. With a new pro-health care administration and majority in Congress, this is the greatest opportunity in a decade to expand access to health coverage and care for those who need it most.

American Rescue Plan Toolkit
We expect the House to pass this bill, which includes critical health care provisions like eliminating health care premiums for people with low incomes and incentivizing states to close the Medicaid coverage gap. The House American Rescue Plan Act makes much-needed investments to help expand access to affordable health care, advance health equity, beat the pandemic, and put people across the nation on the path to recovery.
