Angie Postal is the Senior Director of Programs and Advocacy and a member of the senior management team at Community Catalyst.
Angie has dedicated her two decades of experience in change-making by working with people who are most impacted by health disparities to alter systems of power.
Previously, Angie was the vice president of education, policy, and community engagement at Planned Parenthood of the St. Louis Region. At Planned Parenthood, Angie managed sex education programing, grassroots organizing, movement building, Affordable Care Act outreach, and electoral operations. Prior to Planned Parenthood, Angie was a political director at NARAL Pro-Choice Missouri. Angie’s career started through her work on electoral campaigns — including former state senator Joan Bray’s successful 2002 state senate race in St. Louis County.
Angie received a bachelor’s degree in political science, a certificate in gender Studies, and a master’s of public policy administration with a focus on health policy.
She is a former delegate to India and Pakistan with the American Council of Young Political Leaders. Angie is an alumna of the Sue Shear Institute for Women in Public Life and the Midwest Academy for Organizers.
