About the Program

Alliance members invest in Community Catalyst’s ability to lead with clarity, speed, and integrity in a fast-changing policy and political environment — placing trust in experienced leadership, long-horizon strategy, and the discretion required to act when moments matter most.

What Alliance Investment Enables

What Alliance Investment Enables

Alliance investment sustains the core capabilities that allow Community Catalyst to deliver durable impact:

  • Continuity of senior leadership and expert capacity across policy, advocacy, partnerships, communications, and strategy
  • Coalition-building and field partnership that strengthens community power
  • Readiness to respond to policy, political, and narrative shifts
  • Agenda-setting leadership that shapes national health justice priorities
  • Infrastructure that supports multi-year strategies, including data, convening, and operations

These are the conditions that make outcomes possible—even when they are not immediately visible or attributable.

What This Is — and What It Is Not

What This Is — and What It Is Not

The Health Justice Leadership Alliance is a membership-style investment in year-round capacity, not an event sponsorship or marketing partnership.

Alliance members support Community Catalyst’s discretion to prioritize long-term movement health over short-term visibility or attribution. Engagement benefits are designed to deepen learning, connection, and stewardship — not to provide promotional deliverables.

The Member Experience

The Member Experience

Alliance members engage through a consistent annual cadence focused on insight, access, and stewardship:

  • Quarterly Health Justice Intelligence Briefings
Virtual, forward-looking sessions with Community Catalyst leadership and subject-matter experts
  • Curated Leadership Salons
Invitation-based, small-group conversations for deeper dialogue and peer exchange
  • Annual Flagship Convening
The Health Justice Leadership Forum, in person or hybrid
  • Structured Stewardship Pathway
Engagement aligned to giving level and member interests

Leadership engagement is intentional and structured. CEO participation is prioritized for top-tier members and flagship moments, while senior program leaders lead issue-area briefings and salons.

An Invitation to Stewardship

An Invitation to Stewardship

The Health Justice Leadership Alliance is for funders who understand that durable systems change requires trusted, flexible capital

This is an invitation to invest in leadership, infrastructure, and readiness — so Community Catalyst can continue advancing health justice with focus and credibility, even in uncertain terrain.
