Asha Rodriguez is President of Atrium Health Cabarrus, a licensed 457-bed facility and part of Advocate Health in Concord, North Carolina. With over 20 years of progressive leadership experience, Asha is known for driving operational excellence, strategic growth, and community-centered care.
Prior to her current role, she served as Vice President of Operations at Atrium Health Cabarrus and held multiple leadership positions with CHRISTUS Health. Her career began in education through Teach for America, an experience she credits for shaping her purpose-driven leadership style.
Asha has been recognized locally and nationally for her contributions to healthcare and her commitment to equity, earning awards including Advocate Health’s Community Champion Award and the Cabarrus County Keeper of the Dream Lifetime Achievement Award. A proud graduate of Florida A&M University (B.S.) and George Mason University (MBA), Asha serves on several nonprofit and advisory boards focused on health, education, and food security.
