Benjamin Moore is a Senior State Advocacy Manager for the State and Community Health Advocacy Program team at Community Catalyst. In this role, Benjamin supports advocacy organizations to reduce out-of-pocket costs and increase affordability through the ACA marketplaces.
Previously, Benjamin served as a government affairs and compliance officer for a managed care organization in Indiana, where he supported strategy and implementation knowledge with the ACA Healthy Indiana Plan. Benjamin also served as a legislative assistant in the Indiana General Assembly and was the executive director of the Indiana Black Legislative Caucus.
Benjamin received a bachelor’s degree in political science from Ball State University and a certificate in health management and policy from Indiana University’s School of Public and Environmental Affairs.
