Briana (Bree) Croteau is a Talent, Equity, Belonging (TEB) Manager at Community Catalyst. In this role, Bree supports the TEB team in operationalizing and integrating strategies to to attract, hire, engage, develop, and retain employees in an inclusive workplace. Bree will play a key supportive role in bridging our work to center race equity internally at Community Catalyst across programs and levels. Bree brings a wealth of human resources, operations, management and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) knowledge and experience to the TEB team.
Previously, Bree was the Operations Manager at Community Catalyst. She’s also held clinical and administrative roles for private practice and health care providers.
