Catherine-Mercedes Judge, MPA, is the Chief of Staff at Community Catalyst. In this role, Catherine advises the Executive Director on organizational issues, spearheading change management projects, facilitating organizational collaboration and alignment, and helping to foster an equitable and thriving culture.
To the role, Catherine brings more than 17 years of experience in leading programs and campaigns across multiple sectors, including labor unions, nonprofits, and government. Previously, Catherine served as an assistant director of stakeholder engagement at the NYC Mayor’s Office of Contract Services, and as the manager of Race to Justice, an internal reform effort at the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, where she led staff engagement and the coordination of implementation leaders and groups.
Catherine received her Master of Public Administration (MPA) at Baruch College through the National Urban Fellows Program, and a bachelor’s degree in urban studies at Queens College.
