Chris Galione is a strategic revenue leader with more than two decades of experience driving growth, forging high-impact partnerships, and helping mission-driven organizations diversify and strengthen their revenue streams. As Community Catalyst’s Chief Revenue Officer, he leads enterprise-wide revenue strategy, philanthropic partnerships, and business development efforts that fuel the organization’s mission to advance health justice nationwide.
Before joining Community Catalyst, Chris founded and led Association Strategy Partners, where he partnered with non-profits, associations, and social impact organizations to expand revenue, build new product lines, and strengthen organizational sustainability. Under his leadership, the firm generated more than $35 million in net new revenue for clients over a decade. His work included launching the corporate partnership division at the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network, driving $8.5 million annually in new revenue and generating multimillion-dollar new revenue streams for organizations such as the American Academy of Otolaryngology and HLTH.
Chris previously served as Strategic Partnerships Director at the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS), where he oversaw corporate partnerships, expanded sponsor revenue, and led a team responsible for developing high-value engagements that enhanced AAAS’s visibility and impact. He earlier held sales and partnership leadership roles at the Biotechnology Industry Organization, where his work significantly increased sponsorship revenue and strengthened the organization’s partner infrastructure.
Chris brings deep experience in organizational leadership, revenue and partnership strategy, go-to-market development, and cross-functional collaboration. He holds a Bachelor of Science in marketing from the University of South Alabama and multiple professional certifications, including Certified Professional Sales Leader (NASP), Certified Meeting Professional (CMP), and Sandler Sales Method Certification.
