Matthew Osborne-Smith, MBA, is the Director of Business Development at Community Catalyst. With more than 20 years’ of experience as a public health and non-profit management professional, Matthew is committed to advancing health equity.

Matthew’s career encompasses work in 20+ countries (including the U.S.) across a range of health programs, including health system strengthening; community health; and reproductive, maternal, and child health. His technical expertise includes business development, program management, contract and grants management, organizational development, and monitoring and evaluation.

Prior to Community Catalyst, he worked for JSI, Partners In Health, Mercy Corps, and the U.S. Peace Corps. Matthew received an MBA in global health from the Heller School at Brandeis University.
