Nicole Cervera Loy is a Policy Coordinator at Community Catalyst. In this role, Nicole directly assists the Director of Government Affairs and the federal team.
Nicole previously worked at the ACLU of Colorado as a paralegal and program coordinator for their Expanding the Table for Justice initiative.
Nicole comes from Perú and has lived in the United States for over 20 years. Her immigrant journey has directly impacted her work and her studies. She has a bachelor’s in criminal justice and two master’s degrees focused on international human rights and public policy. Nicole continues to spend her time involved in volunteer work focused on increasing community voices in policy spaces.
