Rob Mowring is the Executive Manager at Community Catalyst. In this role, Rob assists the chief of staff in strategic, operational, and administrative activities for Community Catalyst, Community Catalyst Action Fund, and the Board of Directors.

Rob has spent 15 years as a non-profit professional, working to ensure that all individuals and communities have the resources they need to thrive. Prior to joining Community Catalyst, Rob worked for the All Stars Project in a variety of roles, with responsibilities including volunteer recruitment and management, leading a police-community relations program, as well as serving as the assistant to the Cofounder. Before that, he worked as a school partnerships director with City Year New York, where he served on the site leadership team overseeing the training, professional development, compliance, and collective impact of 300 AmeriCorps members and 20 program managers working in high-need public schools across New York City.
