Teyana Chaney is the Senior Director Advancement & Strategic Partnerships at Community Catalyst. She brings more than 15 years of experience leading philanthropic growth and cross-sector collaboration. At Community Catalyst, she oversees advancement strategy — strengthening and diversifying revenue, deepening donor and funder relationships, and building new pathways for collaboration that advance health justice and long-term sustainability.
Before joining Community Catalyst, Teyana served as a Principal Gift Officer at the CDC Foundation, where she helped shape national strategies to engage high-net-worth individuals, foundations, and corporate partners in advancing public health priorities. She has also built partnerships across health care, education, and the arts throughout her career and is deeply committed to driving equity and opportunity through her work.
