BOSTON, MA — Community Catalyst, the national health justice organization, today announced that Chris Galione has joined the organization as its new Chief Revenue Officer, effective December 3, 2025. Galione brings more than 20 years of experience leading revenue strategy, business development, and high-impact corporate and philanthropic partnerships across the non-profit and association sectors.

As Chief Revenue Officer, Galione will oversee Community Catalyst’s enterprise revenue strategy, donor engagement, philanthropic partnerships, and long-term revenue diversification efforts — supporting the organization’s work to build power with communities and advance health justice across the country.

“Chris brings the rare combination of strategic vision, revenue expertise, and a deep commitment to mission-driven work,” said Linda Goler Blount, MPH, President & CEO of Community Catalyst. “His leadership will significantly expand our capacity to help communities turn their aspirations for their health into lasting change and to build a national movement for health justice.”

Prior to joining Community Catalyst, Galione served as Founder and Owner of Association Strategy Partners, where he helped non-profits and associations refine their revenue models, develop new product offerings, and expand long-term sustainability. Under his leadership, the firm generated more than $35 million in net new revenue for its clients. His work spanned launching a new corporate partnership division at the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network — producing $8.5 million annually — revitalizing sponsor and advertising programs for the Specialty Food Association and driving multimillion-dollar revenue growth for organizations including the American Academy of Otolaryngology, HLTH, and the CNS Summit.

Galione previously served as Strategic Partnerships Director at the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS), leading a team responsible for expanding partnership revenue, building high-value corporate engagement opportunities, and driving a 47 percent increase in partnership revenue during his tenure. He earlier held senior sales and partnership roles at the Biotechnology Industry Organization, where he led a six-member team and expanded sponsorship revenue through new branding and corporate engagement initiatives.

Galione holds a Bachelor of Science in marketing from the University of South Alabama and multiple professional certifications in sales leadership and event management.
